You're sew lovely

Here is a card I made using Sew Lovely by Lawn Fawn.  I bought some seam binding and colored it with cherry blossom antiquing solution.  I stamped the dress and then cut it out.  I then took a piece of fabric and stamped the dress again and cut it out.  You can't go wrong with Kraft paper! (=

Thanks for making me brighter

So it's the last day of school for my kids today!  The year really flew by.  I have one heading to second grade and my son will be going to  middle school next year! Scary!!   I still can remember his first day of Kindergarden.  We have both made so many great friendships along the way! It's a little sad!
I found these cute little glass light bulbs and knew they would make fun teacher gifts!!  The flowers were made using various scraps of paper and punches!! TFL! (=

They got to do a fun craft  and have their faces painted!  The best part was decorating delicious CUPCAKES!!! So much fun!!!   So glad her friends were able to come and celebrate with us!!

Sketchy Thursdays and a quick card

I did this layout for Sketchy Thursdays!  It looked like a fun layout to work with.  Sometimes it seems harder to work with a sketch but, it did come together O.K.  I used some rub ons that say: sugar and spice and every thing nice.  Thats what little girls are made of...

Had to put in a quick card! I found this stamp on Clearance at Craft Warhouse and can't pass up a good deal! (=   Hope everyone has a GREAT Friday!!! Thanks for stopping by! (=
